Returns:

We do not issue refunds, however, we do issue store credit. All returns must be approved via email forthejoyclothing@gmail.com.  Return must be started via email within 7 days of delivery date. Please email before returning or returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and be clean of any stains, debris or smells to be eligible for a refund and in its original packaging.

 If you have any questions or need help with sizing please email forthejoyclothing@gmail.com before purchasing. 

Damages or Missing Items:

Any defective/missing item must be reported to forthejoyclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of being delivered or it cannot be returned.  Upon confirmation email of the damaged item, all damaged items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or it cannot be returned.
